ii can't believe tat yesterdae ii was clutching my knee lyk siao cause it's so damn painful den todae ii just ran like siao too. bad news and good news todae. bad news ishh tat my knee nvr even heal one single bit :( though n0rtt sh0 pain lerhh larhhs. =p den good news ishh tat ii g0rtt gold ferr napfa test (: ! ii'm not shocked tat ii can get gold but ii'm TOTALLY shocked abt dhe sit and reach AND standing broad jump. guess wudd? mye standing broad jump actually g0rtt 166!! hahas. andd dhe omqq.. dhe blood just dripped out from the knee. =/ w8 a while.baqq. cannot believe it rite? ii fell down at 5pm andd till now it's still bleedinqq. more than 12 hrs liao larhh!! anywae sit and reach g0rtt 39.
